AMUSE is Kerala’s biggest intercollegiate music band festival, created to celebrate young talent and the spirit of live music. Organized by the St Aloysius College Alumni Association, the event provides a powerful platform for emerging college bands to perform, compete, and shine.
AMUSE is held in memory of John P. Varkey — the legendary guitarist, music composer, lyricist, and a true pioneer of Kerala’s band culture, whose legacy continues to inspire a new generation of musicians.With high-energy performances, creative expression, and a grand stage set for rising artists, AMUSE Season 2 returns on January 17, 2026, at St Aloysius College, Elthuruth, Thrissur — uniting youth, rhythm, and passion in one unforgettable celebration.
